King Long Overseas Sales Performance in 2013

with unfavorable market environment of continued sluggish of world economy and
intensifying competition in the overseas bus market, as well as the pressure of CNY appreciation, the export of auto industry in China
declined generally in 2013, King Long overseas sales system still achieved good
result.
Overseas
sales saw a lot of highlights for the year. In Europe, King Long received the
first bulk order in Italy since its entrance into the market, and
successfully established partnership with the most influential local
transportation company. It maintained stable growth in the Russian market as
well, with an export of 186 large and medium-sized coaches.
Remarkable breakthrough has also been made in the Kazakhstani market. InAmerica, King Long obtained a bulk order of 61
buses fromLa
Paz, the Capital City of Bolivia,
making it the only Chinese bus brand supplied in bulk in Bolivia so far.
InPeru,
the sales of large and medium-sized coaches grew 163% year-on-year. In Africa,
a total of 340 large and medium-sized coaches were exported toAlgeriaduring
the year, further increasing its market share there. In Asia, the Thailand’s
tourism market segment has become a new growth engine. Besides, 91 low-floor
buses were delivered toTaiwanlast year, the first time for the company to deliver such kind of bus there.
The year also saw achievements like the first large-quantity
export of light buses to South America, the steady growth in
traditional markets like Iraq and Egypt, the bulk export of Kingo in the first
year of its release, etc.
In the year
of 2014, King Long will continue its efforts to
deliver better products and services, as well as greater
value to the customers.
