King Long's overseas business originated in the late 1990s. Since the start of bulk exports in 2000, it has been dedicated to overseas markets for over two decades. To date, King Long has exported nearly 150,000 medium, large, and light buses to nearly 150 countries and regions worldwide.
To assist customers in resolving various issues arising during vehicle operation, King Long has simultaneously established overseas service organizations and bases at all levels. Through close collaboration with overseas sales, maintenance, and service providers, it has set up sales, maintenance, and service institutions and bases in exported countries and regions, offering comprehensive services to overseas users.
Up to now, there are 80 existing signed overseas service providers in cooperation, and King Long's overseas service outlets cover more than 130 markets across Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Oceania.

- 20 professional technical support engineers with undergraduate degrees in vehicle-related fields and rich experience, capable of quickly guiding users to resolve faults.
- 46 expatriate service engineers, skilled in craftsmanship, with years of experience working at service stations, able to tackle various automotive malfunctions.
- 3 experienced training engineers with exquisite professional skills, providing detailed and practical skill training at the company or customer sites, striving to achieve the goal of service localization.
King Long's overseas footprint has spread across the globe, and the company attaches great importance to after-sales service. Overseas service personnel travel frequently and spend most of the year fighting on the front lines.
In addition to establishing a sound after-sales service network overseas, King Long has also built a comprehensive parts supply system to ensure the provision of required parts for customers and guarantee the normal operation of vehicles. In markets with bulk exports and high market share such as Saudi Arabia and Chile, King Long has collaborated with agents to establish regional parts centers.
These regional parts centers not only serve the local markets but also radiate to surrounding markets in the Middle East, South America, and other regions. This has significantly improved the timeliness of parts supply in response to market service demands and enhanced customer satisfaction.
