Kinglong: First Bus for Senegal Launches

Kinglong says this order includes 4 completed buses and 402 CKD buses and the whole cooperative project is worth more than 160 million yuan. According to the plan, all of these buses will put into commercial operation within two years.

Senegal has very huge potential market and its population exceeds 11 million. The total of 406 buses is the first cooperative project in two sides. Currently, both sides are discussing the second cooperative project with total 2000 buses. In the near future, Kinglong and Senegal will expand more cooperation, including multi-purpose station wagon, ambulance and other special-using vehicles.

The successful cooperation can boost Senegalese auto industry and deepen two sides relationship. Through the market of Senegal, Kinglong possesses more opportunities to enter other western Africa countries. Till September in this year, the total export buses of Kinglong exceed 2000 units with worth of 700 million yuan, holding the leading position in China buses industry.
