King Long Launches XMQ6998ASD31 Intelligent School Bus

Unlike the popular long-nose ones, King Long XMQ6998ASD31 adopts flat-nose style. In bright yellow body are printed "King Long Intelligent School Bus" and children drawings.

At the left of the body is parking signal arm which would protrude automatically with red flash when the bus halts. Turning lamps at both sides of wing mirrors and four warning lights are equipped to warn the vehicles. Topview panoramic system out of 4 cameras would monitor 1.5-3.0 meters scope. Hidden crash beam would absorb impact energy at the time of frontal impact.

Inside the bus, 64 seats are arranged by "3+2" and soft seats are comfortable for the students. Except two push-pull windows in the rear, other windows are enclosed. There are one emergency window in the roof and one emergency door at the left of the back as well.

What's more, "Intelligent School Bus Operation Management System" is designed by King Long post-doctoral workstation and Shanghai Transun Telematics Technology Co., Ltd. to supervise daily operation of school buses.

In order to meet different market demands, King Long plans to launch 10 6-10 meters school buses in 2012, from RMB 150 thousand Yuan to RMB 450 thousand Yuan. At present, there are 6 models of King Long school buses on sale.
